Common support topics

•Can't log in? Try resetting your password from the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email.
•Email not verified? Click "Resend verification" on the login page to get a new verification link.
•Want to delete your account? Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom to find the "Delete account" option. You can delete your account and all data instantly.

•Not seeing good matches? Try updating your intake preferences. More detailed answers lead to better matches.
•Therapist not responding? Therapists review match requests on their own schedule. If you haven't heard back in 5-7 days, you may want to reach out to other matches.
•Want to report a concern? Email us immediately with details. We take all reports seriously.

•Want to join StartHere.care? We're currently in beta and adding therapists by invitation. Email us to express interest.
•Profile questions? Our onboarding guide walks through each section. Email if you need additional help.
•Technical issues? Clear your browser cache and try again. If issues persist, email with screenshots.
