Common support topics
Account issues
- •Can't log in? Try resetting your password from the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email.
- •Email not verified? Click "Resend verification" on the login page to get a new verification link.
- •Want to delete your account? Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom to find the "Delete account" option. You can delete your account and all data instantly.
Matching & therapists
- •Not seeing good matches? Try updating your intake preferences. More detailed answers lead to better matches.
- •Therapist not responding? Therapists review match requests on their own schedule. If you haven't heard back in 5-7 days, you may want to reach out to other matches.
- •Want to report a concern? Email us immediately with details. We take all reports seriously.
For therapists
- •Want to join StartHere.care? We're currently in beta and adding therapists by invitation. Email us to express interest.
- •Profile questions? Our onboarding guide walks through each section. Email if you need additional help.
- •Technical issues? Clear your browser cache and try again. If issues persist, email with screenshots.
We typically respond to support emails within 1-2 business days.
